Appointment bookings are only accepted via instagram and phone. E-mails regarding appointments will no longer be accepted.

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or are considered "no show" will not be rebooked without a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit.

Cancellations are only accepted via phone call. Cancellatons via Instagram or e-mail are not accepted and will be considered a "no show"

10 minutes or later to an appointment could result in not being able to perform your service.

​

If you are unhappy with your hair, we will happily correct it within 1 week of your appointment date.

​

There are no refunds or exchanges on products or service.
