SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Customers will be updated with a tracking number. Customs and import taxes are buyers responsibility,

as well as any shipping fees for return items.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lachioma.ca. If your return is accepted, you can then return the items with the return label that was shipped with your original order. Please note that La Chioma Salon/Hey Girl The Brand is not responsible for shipping costs on any return, and there is no refund on shipping costs when returning an item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,

damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Due to health concerns, policies and procedures, we are unable to offer refunds on hair extensions at this time.
